I am a middle aged woman but not feeling old inside. I’m as young as I think I can feel in my heart, although I am written on a sheet of paper. There is still plenty of fun to have, fancy to wear, friends to talk to and plans to make. I might be a little slower, but I’d like to enjoy every day. So many things have changed in my life since middle age. My body isn’t always on my command. I feel tired from doing simple work. I can wake up with pain in an area that was OK the night before.
Middle Age Quotes

Those lines are a part of my life. They’re all a testament to the times I’ve lived, cared, worried and worked, and I’ve had a smile. Being a woman, middle age can be a weird time.
On other days, I am exhausted and quite emotional. I can get very emotional very easily. My body feels too hot, too cold or just plain uncomfortable for no apparent reason. I’ve discovered that laughter can help me to remain calm amidst the changes. I don’t care so much about what people think of me now either. As a kid, I wanted everybody to like me. I’ve also had a rethinking of what fun is. I want peace, comfort and a good rest. I don’t need noise or excitement at all of the times. Welcome when my house is at peace, my ways are easy. But that doesn’t imply I have a dull life. Means I am now aware of what it is that makes me feel good. I am wiser because of the middle age, but I am not always serious. I still have funny times. I keep on laughing loud with loved ones. When something good happens, I still get elated. My heart is still young even though my body isn’t.
