It is an attitude of attempting to comprehend rather than to criticize. People who speak quietly, and then wait before responding to many things, are shrunk, says an older woman. An old man tells an old woman that the old man’s heart is slow. When she was younger she confessed she wanted answers. But after a while, she realized that it couldn’t continue like that forever.
She advises us that love and patience go hand in hand. Patience leads to peace and love warms. The two together mean a more peaceful existence. She states that a loving person should also be patient, for everybody has their own weaknesses. No one is perfect. Everyone has room to change, learn and become better. She explains to them that it is bad to be angry for too long. A patient heart can forgive because there is a realization that people do make mistakes, she says.

We need to have patience with ourselves and then we can have patience with others as well.
